Ingredients for Italian cookies

0.5 | Rod oatmeal (grains) | |
1 | Little sprinkle of salt | |
1 | Uprøjtet orange (finrevet) | |
100 | g | Almonds (peeled) |
2 | Eggs | |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Sugar |
75 | g | Pine nuts |
Instructions for Italian cookies
To prepare the Italian cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour with sugar, baking soda and salt.
Whip the eggs together with the grains of vanilla and finely chopped orange peel.
Knead it in the dough with the egg mixture.
Added coarse chopped almonds and pine nuts.
Roll to rods.
It is 1cm tall and 3cm wide.
Behind them approx. 15 min at 200 degrees. Before the rods are cooled they are cut at an angle of about 1 cm thickness.
Which is laid on the side and dried / baked at 125 degrees for approx. 20 min. Until they are crispy. Cooled to a baker.
tips:
Store dry, for example, in a cake can. You can also choose to use only 200 g of wheat flour and 75 g of cocoa powder to get delicious chocolate Italian cookies or dip half of a biscuit in chocolate so half is sliced and the other half is free
