1dlGrated Parmesan cheese
100gDurum wheat flour
2tbspFinely chopped pine or walnut kernels
2tspFinely chopped garlic
2cupFresh parsley without stems
2tbspDried basil leaves
25gYeast
3dlLukewarm water
350gWheat flour

Instructions for Italian bread with pesto

To prepare the Italian bread with pesto recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bread:
The yeast is piped into the water. The other ingredients are added and the dough is kneaded until it is smooth. Raises approx. 1 hour. Roll the dough to fit a pan. Let it rise further approx. 15 minutes, butter the pesto on and behind 225 degrees for approx. 15 minutes. Can be enjoyed for example, soup or in small pieces like snacks.

pesto:
Bring all the dry ingredients and 1/3 of the olive oil into a blender and run until it is finely chopped. Stop underway and push down from the edges. Add the rest of the olive oil along the way. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir the parmesan nuts.
