Ingredients for Iskender Kebab

400gDöner kebab slices (homemade as above or ready made from döner)
50gButter
500gPlain yogurt (like Turkish)

Instructions for Iskender Kebab

To prepare the Iskender Kebab recipe, please follow these instructions:

Homemade döner kebab: Low first marinade to marinate the meat. Grate the onions. mix salt pepper olive oil and løgmixen together in a bowl and place the lamb slices into the mixture and place in refrigerator for 24 hours.

The marinated lamb pieces finished grilling, while adding more marinade until the pieces are brown. This will typically take 10-15 minutes.
