Instructions for Irish coffee roulade
To prepare the Irish coffee roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar easily and airy, but add either espresso or instant coffee before whipping. The thorough whipping will cause the pulmonary fluid to dissolve in the egg mass. Turn gently flour and baking soda in. The dough is poured onto a frying pan, on greased paper.
Crush the walnuts roughly over the dough. Pour the dough at 190 ° for approx. 8 min. Turn it on sugar-dried paper and let it cool off.
Boil sugar and water together and let it cool off. Taste with whiskey and dip the mixture on the cooled bottom with a brush. Whip the iced cream with the sugar until it is very stiff, but not grated. Distribute the cream on the bottom and roll together using the paper. Point a little flour on the finished roulade.
