Instructions for Iranian Fasanjan (Chicken)
To prepare the Iranian Fasanjan (Chicken) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The mixed walnuts are placed in a saucepan and about 1½ liters of water are added and boils for about 1 hour.
The chicken is cut into small pieces.
Onion is cut into small pieces and put on the pan in a little oil, then chop pieces of chicken, add some salt.
Then bring chicken and onion to the pan with walnuts and simmer for another half an hour.
Pomegranate puree is added and simmer for another 2 hours.
Equalized with maizena.
