Ingredients for Indian tandoorimørbrad

600 | g | Pork Tenderloin, trimmed |
Instructions for Indian tandoorimørbrad
To prepare the Indian tandoorimørbrad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Marinade: stir the yoghurt together with crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and tandoori seasoning.
Tenderloin cut into the tenderloin steaks. Turn the tenderloin steaks in the marinade and put them in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
Turn on the oven at 250 degrees c. alm. oven.
Put the steaks on a baking tray with baking paper and cook them in the oven about 5 minutes on each side.
Salad: cut the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds through and cut it in oblique washers. Cut lettuce into strips.
Dressing: Stir together the dressing of yogurt, cumin and minced chili. Taste it and baste it.
Advantage tenderloin steaks on the salad and serve with Indian bread, URf.eks. nanbrød.
Tips:
You can roast the loin as a whole piece. Then the roast in the oven about 10 minutes on each side and rest 10 minutes before it is cut into thin slices and served on the salad.
The meat in the marinade may be up to 12 hours in refrigerator.
