Instructions for Indian slow food
To prepare the Indian slow food recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the meat in a thickened pot.
Take the meat and brown the onions that you have cut into slices.
Add curry, crushed garlic and coriander and sauté for 3 minutes.
Put the meat back into the pan and add broth and coconut milk.
Lay the lid on the pan and place it in the oven for approx. 2½ hours at 150 degrees.
Server with rice and naan bread.
