Ingredients for Indian lamb (Rogan Josh)

Fresh coriander
1canPeeled and diced tomatoes
1tspTurmeric
1Hot chilli el 2 teaspoon ground chili
1tspDried ginger grated
2cloveGarlic
2tspSalt
2tspGround cumin
2tspDried coriander
2tbspYougurt naturel
2-3Medium-sized onion (finhakket)
3tspGaram masala
750gLamb into large cubes (shoulder or leg)

Instructions for Indian lamb (Rogan Josh)

To prepare the Indian lamb (Rogan Josh) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a frying pan until it is warm. The chopped onions are exchanged in the oil. Add garlic and ginger and let it sweat. Then add all the spices and sweets for a few more minutes until a nice aroma has spread.
Add the pieces of meat and continue on approx. 5 minutes until the meat is well browned. Pour the chopped tomatoes and the dough into the pan.
Immediately turn to the lowest heat when the dish boils and put a tight lid over. The court must now stand and simmer about 1 1/2 hour until the meat is very tender. Stir around the court every half hour.
Taste the right with salt and chilli and make sure the meat is completely tender.
Fresh chili peppers are chopped and boiled for the last 5 minutes before serving the dish.
Accessories: Rice and (very much like) fried naan bread.
