Instructions for Indian lamb potatoes
To prepare the Indian lamb potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the lamb in large pieces. Roll the onions and chop them nicely.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the meat well on all sides. Bring the chopped onion and let them turn golden. Sprinkle with plenty of salt and pepper and add curry and thyme. Pour the broth, stir once and let it simmer for low heat and under cover for 30 minutes.
Free the peppers for ribs and kernels and cut them into strips. Rinse and tear the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. The apples are cut through, free from kernels and cut into small cubes.
The banana is cut into slices and dripped with lemon juice.
Pepper, tomatoes and apples are put into the pot and spin for 10 minutes. Finally, turn the bananas gently into the dish, which is warmed well for approx. 5 minutes and served very hot.
