Instructions for Ice cream from Copenhagen (Copenhageners´ Ice)
To prepare the Ice cream from Copenhagen (Copenhageners´ Ice) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg yolks with sugar. Boil the coffee, stir it in the eggs and pour it all back into the saucepan. Heat up and whip to the cream boilers and have become thick and even. Do not let it boil strongly. Remove the cream from the heat and stir the honey and vanilla sugar. Cool to cool. Whip the whipped cream stiff and turn it into the cream with chopped noodles and coarsely chopped chocolate. Fill the cream with chopped noodles and coarse chocolate. Fill the cream in a mold rinsed with cold water and cover with foil. Freeze approx. 2 hours and turn whipped egg white in and half of the strawberries, which are rinsed, piled and chopped roughly. Cover the ice and freeze for at least 3 hours or until the next day. Dip the mold in hot water, put a reversed dish over and turn both. Decorate the ice with fresh strawberries.
