To prepare the Hyttedip recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in cottage cheese with a bit of crushed garlic (optional), chopped Sun-dried tomatoes in oil and a handful of fresh chopped Basil. Season with salt and pepper.
Server as a dip with raw vegetables or as a sauce for URt.eks. grilled vegetables (Zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers) or as a sandwich stuffed with URf.eks. smoked tenderloin or ham
