To prepare the Hvidvins steamed cod fillet with tagliatelle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the cod fillets with lemon peppers on both sides. Cut the lemons into slices and halve them. Roll the fillets with lemons. Start with half a slice of lemon and roll it in, then roll another half slice of lemon to the end of the way. Finish with a toothpick.
Lay the fillets in a rose sauce and pour the white wine. Add dill and garlic on each cod fillet. Put in general. Oven at 200 degrees C for approx. 30 minutes.
