1Small onions
1dlWhipped cream
2Apples
2dlSour cream
2Hard boiled eggs
2tbspGrated peberod
20cmCucumber
3-4Herring fillets
50gMayonnaise

Instructions for Horseradish Herring II

To prepare the Horseradish Herring II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop 1 ½ Apple and almost the whole cucumber crunch (save a little for garnish). Slice the onion and egg in small cubes.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and whipped cream, turn the sliced ingredients in. Season with horseradish, salt, pepper and mustard.
Cut the Apple into thin half of both.
Serve the sauce on a plate with herring fillets around the (possibly cut through lengthwise). Garnish with Apple both, cucumber slices and dill.
Serve with rye bread and butter. Beer and schnapps.
