4 | dl | Grape seed oil |

Instructions for Herman Cake (Amish Friendship Bread)
To prepare the Herman Cake (Amish Friendship Bread) recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. day: (mix in a large bowl)
3 dl milk, easy-tempered
1 ½ dl sugar
2 ½ cups flour
Little bit of yeast on the size of a pea.
+ little salt.
Everything is mixed well. Cover with plastic wrap. It will be good to be tart and fizzes and bubbles well. It takes about 24 hours. Surdejen may want to. made on a radiator or bathroom with floor heating. Can also be made a few hours in the cooker's oven, ONLY with the LIGHT SWITCHED on = approximately 37 degrees. This gives the surdejen the lunhed it must have in order to get started. Next, Herman fed/Add flour, sugar and milk from 2. day. Surdejen to Fizz and bubble well "boil", then there is a good time in surdejen.
2. Day: Stir well before Herman fed.
Mixed into the dough: 2 ½ dl milk, easy-tempered
2 ½ dl sugar
2 ½ cups flour.
Mix well together-covered for and made snug. The dough must be left to the Fizzes and bubbles well. It takes 24 hours.
3. Day: Stir well before Herman fed.
Mixed into the dough: 2 ½ dl milk, need not lunes
2 ½ dl sugar
2 ½ cups flour
Mix well together.
The dough is added now: 8 eggs, letpiskede
6 ½ dl sugar
4 dl Grapeseed Oil
12 cups flour *
4 tsp. Salt *
4 tsp. cinnamon *
6 ½ TSP. vanilla sugar *
5 1/4 tsp. baking soda *
4 tsp. soda *
* All this mixed together before it is added to the dough.
The dough, add further: 100 gr. hakk. Walnuts
100 gr hakk. Chocolate
2 apples, cut into small chunks.
Mix well.
The dough is distributed in lubricated and Piebald 4 1 ½ litre molds. Put in cold oven, 175 degrees on plate lower Groove in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Try with 1 wooden stick if the cake is baked, no raw dough on the stick.
EVS. garnish: 100 g melted chocolate + 1 tbsp. oil.
Sprinkle w/a little chopped nuts.
Serve with cold sour cream or soft vanilla ice cream. You spend all leaven, so that your friends can get the recipe. Herman takes only 3 days.
