Instructions for Helgas Potato Pancakes
To prepare the Helgas Potato Pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and grind them roughly
Put it in a bowl and add salt and let it take 5-10 min.
The cracked potatoes are now squeezed in a dish.
Return to the bowl and add eggs, grated onion, pepper and Maizena corn starch. This is stirred together.
The olive oil is heated on the forehead.
Take a large tablespoon of the potato mass and put it on the forehead, squeeze the flat and shape it using a palette knife.
Step until they are golden on both sides.
