Ingredients for Heavenly potato soup

Basil (preferably fresh)
A large knob of butter
Coriander (preferably fresh)
Oregano (preferably fresh)
Pepper
Salt
Thyme (preferably fresh)
¼lWhipped cream
½Small cauliflower head
1tbspChilli bean paste
1Leek
1.5lBouillon of 4 boullionterninger (grøntsagsboullion is preferable)
2Sweet potatoes
2Large onion
2Large stalks celery
4Clove of garlic
500gPotatoes

Instructions for Heavenly potato soup

To prepare the Heavenly potato soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

1) Peel the potatoes and cut into the tern. Chop onions, celery, leeks, cauliflower and peel the garlic cloves.
2) Put a large pot on the full blush on the hob, put the butter in and wait until it's bubbled off. Then spice onion and celery for 2-3 minutes.
3) Add the porridge and squeeze the garlic cloves. Step a few more minutes.
4) Add potatoes and cauliflower. Stir around for a minute.
5) Overdo it all with boullion and add chilli bean paste (can be purchased in most Asian shops)
6) Boil for 30-40 minutes and blend it with a rod blender.
7) Taste with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and basil.
8) Pour the whipped cream, boil for a few minutes as you stir and taste afterwards.

Can be served with garlic bread. Like and there should be plenty to 6-7 people.
