To prepare the Ham rolls with olives recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the schnitzels in the middle and knock all 8 pieces thin between two pieces of parchment paper. Spread the chopped green olives upwards and roll the meat together into a roll. Place a slice of parma hammer about each meat roll and fasten with chicken sticks.

Brown oil and butter in a saute pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper over. Add garlic. Shrink the heat. Pour the tomatoes into the pan. Lay the lid on and let the rolls be small for approx. 20 min.
