To prepare the Grindestegt svineskank recipe, please follow these instructions:
Swine canines are browned on all sides in butter or margarine in a thickened pot. Add a couple of deciliters of water, salt, pepper, herbs and chinese soy and stir the dish for approx. 2 hours until the meat is tender. Add more water along the way, do not boil dry.
