600 | g | Salmon, 4 slices |
75 | g | Butter |

Chop flour and butter and chop it into a grit. Add water and knead the dough together. Push or roll the dough into a pie shape, approx. 20 cm in diameter, and behind it at 225 degrees for approx. Ten min. Whip the eggs together with cream, horseradish, dill, salt and pepper. Pour it into the half-baked pie and continue baking for approx. 20 min. Until the egg mass is solid. Brush the salmon with oil mixed with lemon, salt and pepper and grill the fish over the glow 3-4 min. on every side. Serve the salmon with lettuce and lightly cooked vegetables, for example. Bouquets of broccoli and small, new onions and carrots.
