1 | Lemon, the juice of which | |
1½ | dl | Red wine vinegar |
1½ | tbsp | Sugar |
1¾ | dl | Fish broth |
2 | tsp | Thyme, fresh |
3 | clove | Garlic, crushed |
3 | tbsp | Black peppercorns, crushed |
30 | g | Butter, cut into cubes |
600 | g | Salmon into 4 slices |

To prepare the Grilled salmon with crushed black pepper recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix lemon juice and red wine vinegar, garlic, sugar and a little salt in a dish that is big enough to accommodate the fillets. Lay the filets in the marinade and cover with a lid. Marinate the fillets in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Flip the fillets after 2 hours.
Take the fillets up and wipe them dry on a kitchen roll. Squeeze half of the crushed peppers on the fillets. Flip the fillets and put the rest of the pepper on this page. Heat a little oil on a thickened pan and fill the fillets in the forehead. 3 - 4 minutes on each side. Point the marinade into a small saucepan. Boil the marinade until there are approx. 1½ dl back and whip the cold butter in the sauce.
Place the fillets on a serving dish and pour the sauce over. Decorate with timiankist and serve immediately with salad and bread.
