Rip the mushrooms on the top of the head. Blend all the ingredients to the pesto and butter a little pesto in the cracks on the mushrooms. Grill the mushrooms short, until the pesto sinks into the mushrooms.
Place half of the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish. Cut the cheese into slices and spread it over the applied mushrooms. Put the remaining sponges over and cook under the grill for 10 minutes until the mushrooms are grilled and the cheese half melted.
On two hot plates, grease the rest of the pesto and put the grilled cheese sponges. There may be decorating. With a couple of cherry tomatoes and bread.
