Rinse chicken fillets in cold water. If necessary, trim them to barriers and tendons and dry them carefully.
For the marinade stir ketchup, olive oil and the two kinds of vinegar together in a bowl for a uniform mass. Squeeze garlic cloves and add brown sugar. Stir well and put the spices in. Let the marinade rest approx. 1 hour before use.
The chicken fillets can be brushed with marinade just before they are on the grill. But they can also be brushed 2-3 hours before and placed in the refrigerator.
Turn on the grill in such a good time that the coal becomes gray. Bring the fillets on the grill and step them on both sides approx. 20 minutes. Remember, chicken must be passed. Server with fresh salad and flute.
