1 | Ripe avocado | |
1 | canned | Red kidney beans |
1 | Salad onions | |
150 | g | Bacon, 8 slices |
150 | g | Frise salad |
4 | Chicken breasts without skin and bones | |
4 | tbsp | Pesto |
Instructions for Grilled chicken breast
To prepare the Grilled chicken breast recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dip the chicken breasts and brush each breast with 1 teaspoon. pesto. Wrap the bacon about the chicken breasts and get it with toothpicks. Grilled for approx. 6 min. on every side.
Salad with kidney beans and avocado:
Tear the salad into smaller pieces and chop smoothly. Cut the avocado into small tern and drizzle with lemon juice. Rinse and drain the beans. Mix all ingredients with light hand and pour pesto over.
Serve the salad to the grilled chicken pieces
