To prepare the Grilled beef fillet with provence tower recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the steaks with coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper, then brush with a thin layer of oil so that they do not stick to the grill. The steaks are grilled, depending on the size, for approx. 6 min. On each side until they are medium - let them drag for 5-6 min.
While grilling the steaks, brush the eggplant, squash and yellow pepper with a thin layer of oil. Then grill the vegetables for approx. 1 min, so they get a little barbeque. Then put the vegetables in a little stanniol and season with thyme, salt and pepper. Close the stanol together to a bag and grill it for 8-10 minutes. All the while the steaks stand and pull.
Meanwhile, the vinegar is blended and poured over the chopped shallots and the slices of tomatoes. The pesto is mixed and blended, after which it is served with the steaks and provence tower with fresh planed parmesan.
