Ingredients for Green curry paste

1tspWhole black pepper
1tspComments
2stemsLemongrass chopped
2tbspChopped coriander leaves
2Kaffir lime leaves, chopped
2tspCoriander seeds
2tspShrimp pasta
2.½cmThick chopped galangal
3Coriander roots, chopped
3Shallots, chopped
4cloveGarlic, pressed
8Fresh green chili peppers, freed from seeds and chopped

Instructions for Green curry paste

To prepare the Green curry paste recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat a wok, add coriander and mustard seed and warm it until it starts to smell.

Shake or blend coriander and come with pepper in a mortar or small blender.

Add the rest of the ingredients and bump or mix it into a soft paste. Store it in an air-tight glass / jam glass in the refrigerator for up to approx. 4 weeks.

This recipe gives approx. 8 tablespoons.

Note:
How strong the taste will depend on the chili, which may save a little if it is not desired too much.
