125 | g | Feta cheese |

200 | g | Nice big shrimp |
4 | clove | Garlic |

Instructions for Greek prawns 02
To prepare the Greek prawns 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slowly shake the prawns in the fridge, if frozen shrimps, and wipe them dry with a roll of paper.
Pill the shallots and garlic and chop them all together nicely. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Season the onions in the oil for 4-5 minutes by steady warming and stirring. Add tomatoes, white wine, parsley, oregano and some salt and pepper. Put on the lid and simmer for half an hour, cover the lid for the last 10 minutes, so some of the vapors may evaporate. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Pour half of the tomato sauce into 4 small oven-proof dishes. Distribute the prawns and tires with the rest of the tomato sauce. Finally crumble the feta cheese and drizzle olive oil. Put the dishes in the oven for 5-7 min at 225 degrees until the cheese starts to golden.
Eat the prawns hot with bread.
