500 | g | Cooked cold potato |

Instructions for Greek potato salad
To prepare the Greek potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano and parsley together.
Cut the potatoes into slices. Cut the olives into slices and chop the egg. Turn potato slices, olives and eggs into marinade and let the salad take a few hours before serving.
Decorate with a little chopped garlic.
