Ingredients for Greek meatloaf

100 | g | Feta. 60i |
2 | tbsp | Parsley, fresh |
20 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Lamb, minced |
250 | g | Pork, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Greek meatloaf
To prepare the Greek meatloaf recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the rice into boiling water with salt and cook the rice according to the instructions on the bag.
Stir meat, eggs, milk and spices to a father. Add the cooked lightly chilled rice.
Mix finely chopped parsley, crunch garlic and chopped onions and crumble the cheese.
Grease an ovenproof dish and put the dough and fill it in a layer, making it a small bread - start and finish with a daddy.
Distribute butter dumplings over the dough bread and leave it at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven in the oven for approx. 60 minutes.
The fries are served with taziki and new potatoes or baked potato boats.
