Instructions for Greek Grill spear with Tzatiki
To prepare the Greek Grill spear with Tzatiki recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is stirred with all the ingredients, rests approx. half an hour. Form the dad for slightly elongated meatballs, put them on flat kebab spoons (eg Weber) or wet bamboo sprouts, approx. 4 meatballs on each spear.
