Ingredients for Great tiramisu
1.5 | dl | Coffee ready made |
1.5 | dl | Liqueur. amaretto |
100 | g | Sugar |
2 | Egg yolk, pasteurised | |
2 | Egg white, pasteurized | |
21 | Savoiardi (ladyfingers) | |
500 | g | Mascarpone |
Instructions for Great tiramisu
To prepare the Great tiramisu recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mascarpone, sugar and egg yolks are mixed.
Egg whites whipped stiff and invert gently in.
Good and very strong coffee (cooled) and amaretto is mixed.
Ladyfingers in the coffee mixture to be soft.
Use a form (I usually use an oblong loaf) and line it with wax paper.
Place a layer of the soggy ladyfingers and came around one third of the mascarponecremen upstairs.
This makes a total of 3 times or until you have used all the ingredients.
Finish with mascarpone cream!
To stand in the fridge for minds 24 hours (but 48 hours is even better) and sprinkled with kakopulver/grated chocolate before serving.

Tips:
You do not have to adhere strictly to the recipe. You can use more/fewer eggs and a little more/less sugar depending on how best to like it even though tiramisuen tastes great, it takes no more than about a quarter of an hour to cook it!
