50-75gGrated cheese or other fillings

Instructions for Great omelet

To prepare the Great omelet recipe, please follow these instructions:

SKIL eggs into yolks and whites. Whip white quite stiff and turn the yolks in. Color must be uniform pale yellow.

Pour the egg mixture out on a hot teflon pan with margarine, and unscrew the immediately down on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.

When the egg mixture begins to stiffen (approximately 4-5 minutes) pour the grated cheese (or strips of ham or chopped, fresh tomatoes, or a mixture of what you have in the fridge) out on half the omeletten.

After another few minutes (when the filling is hot); omeletten gently folded together, stuffing (like a calzone pizza) and serve immediately.

Tips:
2 eggs is plenty for one person, 3 eggs fits nicely for 2 people.
