Ingredients for Gratin salmon

1Finely chopped shallots
1tbspWhite wine vinegar
1.5dlFish broth
2tbspLemon juice
250gSalmon fillet in two pieces
3slicesFrench bread crumbled (without rind)
3tbspMinced parsley
50gButter softened

Instructions for Gratin salmon

To prepare the Gratin salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the salmon in a small greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle lemon juice over it.

Stir the butter together with bread, chopped onions and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Grease the mixture on the top of the fish.

Pour fish broth and white wine vinegar by and put the dish in a hot oven. First 10 min. At 250 degrees C. alm. oven. Then 5 min at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
