To prepare the Gorgonzola cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the cheese and cream frisse and whipped cream into a blender and mix it all together into a thick creamy cream that is seasoned with salt and pepper and lemon juice. The cream is placed on the fridge. Cut the pears in both and put them on a pan with butter. Let them get warm without coloring and then add Poire William. It must not boil. Serve with the pears at the bottom of a plate. Put the gorgonzola on oven.
