100 | g | Green peas. frozen |
1000 | g | Potatoes |
2 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
2 | tbsp | Cress. fresh |
2 | tbsp | Whole milk |
2 | Tomatoes | |
200 | g | Onion |
4 | tbsp | Mayonnaise |
Instructions for Good potato salad
To prepare the Good potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the potatoes and put them in a saucepan with water that just covers. Boil up, turn down the heat and put a lid on. Cook until the potatoes are tender-try with a small tip of knife.
Pour the boiling water from the potatoes over and shower with cold water.

Stir the mayonnaise with sour cream, milk and mustard. Arrow the onion, chop it fine and stir it in dressing with cut chives.
