Ingredients for Gold Pie

0.5dlPort wine
0.75dlMilk
1tspVinegar
100gSugar
175gWheat flour
2tspBaking soda
200g86% dark chocolate
4Egg yolk
4Egg white
5dlWhipped cream
75gMargarine

Instructions for Gold Pie

To prepare the Gold Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bunde: The margarine is stirred with sugar. The egg yolks are stirred in. The rest of the ingredients are stirred together. The dough is filled in spring form (2 pieces).

The bottoms are baked at 240 degrees C. alm. Oven for 5 minutes.

Meringue: Egg whips are whipped stiff, in which sugar and vinegar are sprinkled.

The bottoms are removed and the marcel is lubricated. The bottles are then light brown at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 15 minutes.

Cream: Chocolate chopped in medium sized pieces, whip cream whipped very stiff, mixing the chopped chocolate and port wine or kahlua.

The cream is lubricated on one bottom, the other bottom is laid on top.

Set cold (in refrigerator) until served.
