3tbspGrand Marnier
4-5Pears
60gWheat flour

Instructions for Glazed pancakes

To prepare the Glazed pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add milk, whip egg and oil. Leave the dough to rest for about 30 minutes.

Bag approx. 8 thin pancakes of dough. They do not have to be reversed.

Rinse and peel the bulbs. Remove stem and core housing and cut the bulbs in cubes. Mix the dice with the Grand Marnier and spread them on the pancakes. Roll the pancakes together and put them on a greased ovenproof dish.

Lightly sprinkle flour and melt with melted fats.

Place the dish in a 275 degree C hot oven. Gratin to the sugar is melted and has become light brown.

Server immediately.
