Instructions for Glassed ham
To prepare the Glassed ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
The glaze is stirred together and distributed to the ham, placed in an ovenproof dish. The ham is put in a preheated oven and cooked according to the size. A good big ham of approx. 2 1/2 kg. Must have approx. 2 - 2 1/2 hours in the oven by. 180 - 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
The fat and glaze that runs off the ham can be dumped over it again. The brown dolphin in the glaze gives a crisp crunchy layer and a nice sweet contrast to the green cabbage, which is ideal for this dish.
