Ingredients for Ginger Chicken with lemon grass

1Chicken at ca. 1000 grams
1tbspOil
1tspSugar
1Thumb-thick piece fresh ginger
2cloveGarlic
2Onion
2tbspShrimp paste (may be omitted)
2–3stemsLemon grass

Instructions for Ginger Chicken with lemon grass

To prepare the Ginger Chicken with lemon grass recipe, please follow these instructions:

Share the chicken in small pieces, and rub them well with salt. Onion and garlic peeled and chopped fine. The ginger peeled and cut into thin strips. The lower part of the washed lemon grass also cut in fine strips.
