Instructions for Ginger Chicken with lemon grass
To prepare the Ginger Chicken with lemon grass recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share the chicken in small pieces, and rub them well with salt. Onion and garlic peeled and chopped fine. The ginger peeled and cut into thin strips. The lower part of the washed lemon grass also cut in fine strips.
Heat the oil in a relatively large pan and fry the onion and garlic. Add the shrimp paste and give it a short rehash. Com so ginger and lemon grass at and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes.
