2 | dl | Sweet white wine |
2 | dl | The syrup from the candied fruits |
2 | can | Pickled figs (or other fruit as desired) |
6 | Leaf gelatin |
Instructions for Gelerand 02
To prepare the Gelerand 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the house block in cold water for approx. 5 min
Pour 2 dl of the cans in a saucepan and heat up without boiling.
Turn the house blend slightly up - place it in the hot sugar batter and stir until it is melted.
Remove the pot from the heat and stir the wine.
Put the dripped fruit in a half-deep form - or a striped-shape - pour the sea-stalked fingers over the fruit slowly, so that they remain in place and all cavities are filled.
Place the mold covered in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Can be prepared the day before.
