Instructions for Garlic Soup
To prepare the Garlic Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Garlic peeled and chopped well. Tomatoes are scalded and flaked. Cut into cubes. The white part of the porridge is cut into slices. Parsley chopped roughly. Red pepper is cut into smaller cubes. The garlic are switched to the oil without taking color. Pears, red pepper and parsley are switched with. White wine and chicken fund added. The tomatoes are added. The whole boils to the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Smooth slightly with maizena and cook slightly for 10 minutes. Flutes cut into slices and shake in olive oil with vinegar and garlic.
Serving: Served in small soup cups warming hot.
