To prepare the Garlic Herring recipe, please follow these instructions:
The marinated herring is taken out of the glass and drained. Wipe lightly with kitchen roll and then cut into suitable pieces. Cream fraiche, mayonnaise and a crushed garlic clove together. The herring pieces are layered with the above dressing in a bowl, and then put in the refrigerator to pull a few hours under the lid. Before serving, clean the pores and cut into thin porcelain distributed over the sowing device.
