2 | dl | Fish broth and 1 dl. white wine or 3 dl. fish broth |

4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Garfish in bean sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start with the sauce: Chop mushrooms and sauté them with the onion in the butter in a pot – it should not be Brown. Add broth and wine and got the peas in. Let Cook without a lid for 10 min. Purer it through a sieve or getting it in a blender. Pour it back into the Pan and got the cream in. heat through and season with salt and pepper. Cut the fish into suitable pieces. Turn them in flour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry the fish thoroughly cooked on a frying pan. Server pea sauce together with small (new) potatoes.
