Instructions for Friesbread with leeks
To prepare the Friesbread with leeks recipe, please follow these instructions:
Divide the pears into two and boil them in leachate water approx. 4-5 min. Take them and let them drip off.
The parsley is stirred with salt, pepper and a little water and is shaped around the porridge as an elongated baking bread.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes until the juice that is popping out is clear and shiny.
Meanwhile, the potatoes are boiled tenderly.
Butter and flour are baked into a butter bowl and added to porridge with stirring. Add the cream and cook the sauce to the correct consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
