Ingredients for Friesbread with bacon and cheese

1tspFinely grated lemon zest
1tbspFinely grated yellow onions
1dlVegetable stock
1/2tspCoarse salt
1/2dlMilk
1/2tspDried Rosemary
1/4tspCoarse salt (sprinkles after baking)
1000gPotatoes into quarters
2tbspWheat flour
25gMelted butter
25gButter into smaller pieces
250gPrunes in half
300gLean ground pork fx give
650gUnpeeled pears into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm)
75gBacon in thin slices

Instructions for Friesbread with bacon and cheese

To prepare the Friesbread with bacon and cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

baking time:
Put the plate with potatoes in a cold oven. Set to 200 degrees C. alm. Oven and bag for approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Fry bread: Stir the chopped meat with salt until the meat is cool (about 1 min.). Bring onions, spices and eggs in. Stir the milk in a little while. Stir the flour in the end. Put the dad in the refrigerator for approx. 1/2 hour.

Potatoes: Rinse the potatoes in cold water and dry them well. Turn them into melted butter. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet with baking paper to accommodate 2 small dishes (see below). Behind the potatoes in the middle of the oven.

Bacon and fruit: Cut bacon into smaller pieces (about 2 cm). Save 4-5 pieces of bacon to the doughbread. Put pears, scallops, lemon peel and salt in an ovenproof dish (about 15 x 26 cm). Pour the broth and spread the bacon pieces and butter over the fruits.

Fry bread: Lay the dad in an ovenproof dish (about 13 x 24 cm) and shape it into a small loaf of bread. Put the remaining pieces of bacon upstairs. Put the two dishes into the potatoes after 1/2 hour and behind the dish done, approx. 50 min.

When serving:
Lay the dumplings in a dish with edges and bacon and fruit around the "bread". Serve the potatoes in another dish and sprinkle with salt.

tips:
The fathers can be used for free dishes. Add 1/2 tsp. Coarse salt further and add 6 large meatballs in butter, approx. 6 min. On each page (12 min in total).
