To prepare the Fried salmon with spinach blanquet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the potatoes. Stir the salmon in the butter until it is golden on both sides.
Spinach blanquet: Boil broth and cream until it thickens.
Take the saucepan off the heat and blend the sauce with mustard and egg yolks. Clean the spinach well and turn it into the sauce. If thawed spinach is used, it should drip well.
Heat the sauce up, it must not boil, it will make it separate. Season with salt and pepper and serve the sauce to the salmon with potatoes.
The accessories can, for example, be half grilled tomatoes with garlic.
