Share each fillet into three pieces. Butter three pieces with the mustard and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper, too. Put so the remaining pieces of fish over the three sandwiches in wheat flour. Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the fish pieces now Golden on both sides, 4 minutes on each.
Meanwhile: Pick the outer leaves of the cabbage and rinse very head in water. Dripping by and crack them out in four boats. Put them in a serving dish and season with salt and pepper.
