100 | g | Sugar |
125 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Cream cheese light |
2 | tbsp | Corn flour |
200 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Fresh lemon pie
To prepare the Fresh lemon pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: Season all ingredients quickly and put the dough on the fridge for 1 hour. Roll the dough thinly and clothe a pie shape (about 27 cm diameter) with the dough. Put it on the fridge while preparing the cream.
Cream:
Sprinkle the egg yolks with the rest and carefully turn the spicy egg whites in. Bring the cream into the pie, baked in a hot oven, 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for 30-40 min.
Garnish:
Boil sugar with lemon slices until it begins to caramelize and resemble thick jams. Grease it on the lightly chilled pie and serve the cake when the lemon slice is stiffened easily.
