Instructions for French waffles 02
To prepare the French waffles 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the butter into the flour and finely chop it until it looks like the fried cheese.
Bring water and vinegar and knead the dough well together. Set it cold for approx. 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured table and stick it out as medals, with a glass or column shape.
Come 4-5 tbsp. Sugar on a piece of paper.
Brush the cakes with a fried egg and put this side down against the sugarcrumbs. Roll the cake roll slightly so that the cakes become oval.
Put the cakes with the sugar side up on the baking sheet.
Beat the cakes with a fork and light brown at 220 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Butter cream: Butter is stirred softly and then stir the remaining ingredients.

Tip: Homemade French waffles or ears called "Ossa" are easy to bake, good to stock and quick to put together for unexpected guests. The chilled French waffles are placed in a cage bag and stored dry. The butter cream is taken out of the refrigerator 1 hour before use, so it is spreadable. The waffles can be put together with butter cream, but they are also delicious when they are added together with whipped cream and raspberry jam.
