To prepare the French cherry dessert recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the cherries and remove if necessary. The stones (let them drip into a sieve).

Beat the eggs into a cup and then into a bowl. Whip them with sugar, flour and salt. Add the milk and stir it to a smooth dough.

Grease an ovenproof dish and put the cherries in. Pour the dough over the berries. Bake the dessert in a 225 degree C. Alm. Oven for 25 minutes.

Then sprinkle with flour and put the dish in the oven until the sugar is melted.
