Ingredients for Four Grain Bread

Instructions for Four Grain Bread
To prepare the Four Grain Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Oatmeal, buckwheat, rye flour, ¼ l. Water and yoghurt are stirred together in a bowl and stand 6-8 hours.
The yeast is crumbled and stirred together with ¼ l. Water. Add salty coriander, bowl, oil, syrup and wheat flour, and the dough is kneaded until it easily drops the bowl. The dough was kneaded through the table until it was smooth. Sprinkle the bowl with flour. The dough is put in the bowl and a dish is laid over. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 60 minutes until the dough has a double size.
Slice the dough and form into two loaves. Cover the plate with baking paper or lubricate with margarine. The bread is laid on the plate and a dish is laid over. Repeats approx. 30 minutes a busy place.
Water and maize are whipped together in a saucepan and heated under whipping. Bring the breads with the solution and scratch with a sharp knife or razor blade.
The oven is heated to 220 degrees. A refractory bowl of water is placed at the bottom of the oven. The bread is baked on the bottom oven rib.
The bread is cooled to a baker.
